Helping Hands Doula
I am married and a mother of three school age children so I understand the
challenges that arise when a baby comes along. I have always been
interested in helping mothers with their newborn, and now that my children
are older I can do just that!

I have been working as a Postpartum Doula since 2005 and after training and
field work, I received my Postpartum Doula certification in 2007 through
DONA International. I am also certified in Adult, Child and Infant CPR.

I have always been interested in breastfeeding, and in the Spring of 2011, I
earned my Certificate as a Certified Lactation Counsellor through the
Healthy Children Center for Breastfeeding awarded by the Academy of
Lactation Policy and Practice.
